These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to SPSS Dissertation Help, including this website, its order and inquiry forms, communications, and all statistical consulting, tutoring, editing, data-analysis, and related academic-support services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By browsing the website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, making a payment, uploading files, or using any deliverable, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, and any refund, revision, cookie, or service-specific policy displayed on the website. If a written quotation or order confirmation expressly conflicts with these general Terms, the order confirmation controls only for that specific order.
1. Definitions
- “Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the person who visits the website, contacts us, or purchases a Service.
- “We,” “us,” or “our” means SPSS Dissertation Help and the authorized people who provide or administer the Services.
- “Order” means a confirmed request for Services with an agreed scope, price, and delivery schedule.
- “Deliverable” means the analysis files, syntax, tables, explanations, tutoring materials, edited text, reports, or other work supplied under an Order.
- “Original instructions” means the requirements, files, research questions, university guidance, and other specifications accepted when an Order is confirmed.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to purchase Services. If you act for an organization, research team, sponsor, or institution, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party and to share the relevant files with us.
You must not submit another person’s personal data, confidential records, copyrighted materials, research data, or institutional documents unless you are authorized to do so. We may request reasonable verification where identity, authority, ownership, payment, or lawful data access is unclear.
3. Nature and scope of our Services
We provide educational and professional support such as statistical consultation, SPSS tutoring, research-design guidance, data preparation, data coding, assumption checks, selection and execution of statistical procedures, interpretation of output, syntax preparation, tables and figures, results-chapter support, proofreading, and methodological feedback.
The exact Service is limited to the scope recorded in your quotation, invoice, order form, or written confirmation. Work not included in that scope—such as new hypotheses, additional datasets, new models, fresh chapters, extensive recoding, new referencing requirements, or a substantially changed deadline—may require a revised quotation and delivery date.
Our Services do not replace your supervisor, university, ethics committee, legal adviser, medical professional, financial adviser, or other regulated professional. Statistical recommendations depend on the information and data you provide. We do not promise admission, publication, a particular grade, supervisor approval, statistical significance, or any specific academic or professional outcome.
4. Academic integrity and permitted use
Our Deliverables are intended for learning, research support, methodological guidance, review, and reference. You remain responsible for your research, arguments, conclusions, disclosures, citations, and final submission. You must use the Services consistently with your university’s academic-integrity rules, research-ethics requirements, assessment instructions, and applicable law.
You must not present another person’s work as your own, use a Deliverable to misrepresent authorship, fabricate or falsify data, conceal prohibited assistance, evade institutional rules, impersonate another person, or commission work for a live examination or other assessment where outside help is forbidden. We may refuse, pause, or terminate work that appears intended to facilitate academic misconduct.
Where your institution requires disclosure of statistical, editorial, AI-assisted, or third-party support, you are responsible for making that disclosure. You should independently review every Deliverable, confirm that it accurately reflects your study, and be able to explain the methods and results.
5. Orders and formation of the agreement
An inquiry, website estimate, automated price indication, or preliminary discussion is not a binding Order. An Order is formed when we accept the scope and deadline and receive the required payment or agreed deposit. We may decline an Order before acceptance, including when the instructions are unlawful, unethical, technically unsuitable, incomplete, outside our expertise, or impossible within the requested time.
You must provide complete and accurate instructions before work begins. This includes the research questions, hypotheses, approved proposal or methodology, dataset, codebook, scoring rules, university formatting guidance, supervisor feedback, expected outputs, software requirements, and actual deadline. If instructions conflict, we may pause and ask you to confirm which instruction controls.
6. Quotations, prices, taxes, and payment
Prices depend on the Service, dataset condition, sample and variable structure, number and complexity of analyses, academic level, reporting depth, revisions, and deadline. A quotation applies only to the scope and validity period stated in it. Changes to the brief may change the price.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is required before work begins. You are responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card provider, mobile-money provider, payment processor, currency conversion service, or tax authority. Prices and currencies are those shown in the accepted quotation or invoice.
You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment information needed to complete your transaction. We do not normally receive your complete card credentials. A reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or failed payment may cause the Order to be paused or cancelled. You must contact us first if you believe a payment is incorrect so we can investigate promptly.
7. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide lawful, accurate, complete, and readable files and instructions;
- remove unnecessary direct identifiers from research data before upload;
- maintain backup copies of all files and correspondence;
- respond promptly to clarification questions;
- review interim and final work without unreasonable delay;
- use secure contact details that you control;
- check the Deliverable against your approved methodology and institutional requirements; and
- notify us promptly of an incorrect file, changed deadline, or material change in scope.
Delays caused by missing instructions, corrupted files, inaccessible links, late feedback, inaccurate data, changed requirements, or failure to respond may require a revised delivery schedule. We are not responsible for errors that arise from incomplete, mislabeled, manipulated, or inaccurate source material supplied by you.
8. Data, files, and statistical assumptions
You retain responsibility for the lawful collection, accuracy, ownership, consent basis, and ethical use of the data you provide. Unless expressly agreed, we do not independently audit how the data were collected, verify participant consent, recreate missing source records, or certify that a dataset is free from error.
Statistical analysis requires judgment. Results may change when coding rules, missing-data methods, exclusion criteria, covariates, model specifications, transformations, or software versions change. We will use the agreed method and may identify reasonable limitations or alternatives. A result that is not statistically significant, does not support a hypothesis, or differs from your expectation is not by itself defective work.
You must retain an original, untouched copy of your dataset. We may work on a duplicate or transformed version and provide syntax or an analysis log when included in the Order.
9. Communication and approvals
Official Order communications may occur through the website, customer portal, email, or another channel we approve. You are responsible for monitoring the contact details provided. Messages sent to those details are treated as received in the ordinary course unless a delivery failure is reported.
Where an Order uses milestones, your approval of a milestone confirms that the completed portion matches the instructions available at that time. Later changes to an approved portion may be treated as additional work.
10. Delivery and deadlines
We aim to deliver by the date agreed in the Order confirmation. A deadline is based on timely payment, complete instructions, usable files, and reasonable availability for questions. Unless expressly stated, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
Delivery occurs when the Deliverable is made available through the agreed channel. You must download, inspect, and safely store it. If you cannot access a file, notify us promptly so we can resend or provide a reasonable alternative format.
We may adjust a deadline if you change the scope, provide late or replacement files, delay an approval, request additional analyses, or fail to answer essential questions. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably practical.
11. Revisions
A revision is a reasonable correction or adjustment needed to align a Deliverable with the Original Instructions. A revision does not include a new research question, new dataset, new analysis, new chapter, changed methodology, changed supervisor requirement received after delivery, changed formatting system, or other material expansion of scope.
Revision requests must identify the relevant section, explain the requested change, and, where applicable, include consolidated supervisor feedback. Requests should be submitted within the revision period stated in the Order. If no period is stated, submit the request within 14 calendar days after delivery.
We may provide a quotation for requests outside the Original Instructions or revision period. We may also refuse repeated, contradictory, abusive, unlawful, or academically improper requests.
12. Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Because statistical and academic support is personalized and time-sensitive, refund eligibility depends on the work already completed, resources reserved, non-refundable processing costs, and whether a Deliverable has been supplied.
- If we have not accepted the Order or cannot provide the agreed Service, amounts paid for the unavailable Service will be refunded.
- If you cancel before substantive work begins, we may refund the amount paid less non-refundable transaction charges and reasonable administrative costs.
- If substantive work has begun, any refund may be reduced to reflect work completed and resources committed.
- After the completed Deliverable has been supplied, refunds are generally considered only where we materially fail to follow the Original Instructions and cannot correct that failure through a reasonable revision.
- No refund is due merely because results are non-significant, a hypothesis is unsupported, a supervisor changes the instructions, your institution rejects undisclosed or prohibited assistance, or you no longer need the work.
- Duplicate payments and verified billing errors will be corrected after investigation.
A refund request must include the Order reference, reasons, and supporting evidence. We may first offer a correction, revision, replacement expert, partial refund, or another proportionate remedy. Nothing in this section removes any non-excludable consumer right available under applicable law.
13. Quality review and corrections
If you believe a Deliverable contains an error, notify us promptly and identify the exact table, syntax command, result, or instruction involved. We will review the issue against the files and Original Instructions. Where we confirm an error within scope, we will use reasonable efforts to correct it.
Differences in academic opinion, preferred style, alternative statistical approaches, or supervisor preference do not necessarily establish an error. However, we will consider clear, consolidated feedback and explain whether it is a correction, a reasonable alternative, or new work.
14. Intellectual property
The website, branding, layout, code, service descriptions, graphics, templates, and general educational materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, republish, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative services from them without written permission.
After full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive right to use the custom Deliverable for the permitted educational or research-support purpose. Pre-existing tools, statistical methods, reusable syntax structures, templates, know-how, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You must respect third-party licenses, attribution requirements, and citation rules. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload to a content marketplace, or use a Deliverable to train a commercial system without written authorization.
15. Confidentiality and privacy
We treat Order information as confidential and use it to provide, administer, secure, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may share limited information with authorized staff, analysts, contractors, hosting providers, payment processors, and other service providers who need it for legitimate operational purposes and are subject to appropriate obligations.
Do not send information that is unnecessary for the analysis. Remove names, email addresses, student numbers, national identifiers, precise addresses, medical record numbers, and other direct identifiers unless their inclusion is essential and lawfully authorized. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so you must also use reasonable safeguards.
16. Accounts and website security
If the website provides an account, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity conducted through that account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its accounts, data, integrations, or infrastructure.
We may restrict or suspend access to protect customers, investigate abuse, comply with law, prevent fraud, or maintain the website.
17. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or Services to:
- break any law, regulation, court order, institutional rule, or third-party right;
- facilitate plagiarism, impersonation, contract cheating, data fabrication, or research misconduct;
- upload malware, harmful code, stolen data, or unlawfully obtained materials;
- harass, threaten, deceive, defame, or exploit another person;
- interfere with service operation or evade security controls;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, payment status, or intended use; or
- resell the Services without written authorization.
18. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, communication platforms, analytics tools, and software documentation. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not mean that we control or endorse all third-party content. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, security incidents, or acts beyond our reasonable control.
19. Disclaimers
The website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We use reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, compatibility with every device or SPSS version, acceptance by a particular institution, publication, a particular grade, a desired p-value, or a particular research outcome.
Educational articles and examples on the website are general information, not advice for a specific dataset. You should not rely on them as a substitute for reviewing your research design, data, assumptions, and institutional guidance.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; loss of marks, opportunity, profit, reputation, data, or anticipated savings; institutional action resulting from misuse or non-disclosure; or loss caused by inaccurate instructions, unlawful data, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from a particular Order will not exceed the amount you paid for that Order. This limitation does not exclude liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized disclosure of data, or academic misconduct. This provision does not apply to losses caused by our own unlawful conduct.
22. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including major network outages, power failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, labor disruption, government action, payment-network failure, cyber incidents, or failure of a critical third-party provider. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate and resume the affected Service.
23. Suspension and termination
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access or an Order where you breach these Terms, fail to pay, act abusively, create a security risk, supply unlawful material, request academic misconduct, or expose us or another person to legal or ethical risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and address any refund according to the work completed and applicable law.
Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and any provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue after termination.
24. Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us through the contact page and include your Order reference, a clear description, and relevant evidence. We will review the complaint in good faith and may request additional information. Both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through direct written communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, while any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country remain unaffected.
25. Changes to the website and these Terms
We may update the website, Services, prices, or these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, security, or service changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. Material terms for an accepted Order will not be changed retroactively without agreement, except where required by law.
26. General provisions
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect, and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as lawfully possible to its intended purpose. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an Order or your rights under these Terms without written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, transfer, or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
These Terms, the accepted Order, and incorporated policies form the entire agreement concerning the relevant Services and replace earlier discussions about the same scope. Headings are for convenience and do not change interpretation.
27. Contact us
Questions about these Terms, an Order, a revision, or a complaint can be submitted through our Contact Us page. For a new statistical-support request, use the confidential inquiry form.
